Public Lecture Flyer This series is intended to attract young researchers, both from the various campuses as well as from the public domain, in order to increase awareness of the significance and quality of research that is carried out in Trinidad and Tobago. It is globally recognized that research helps to foster innovation and promotes sustainable industrialization, in both public and private sectors around the world. Thus, our hope is that such a venture would help yield mutual benefits to academia and industry. The inaugural lecture will be presented by Professor Emeritus Samuel Ramsewak and takes place on Wednesday 28th February, 2018 at 6pm in the C1 Classroom, Chemistry Building, Faculty of Science and Technology, UWI, St. Augustine.
